PONY SHOES MAKES A COMEBACK WITH THEIR NEW PRODUCT OF NEW YORK LINE

PONY shoes is not just some run-of-the-mill footwear brand for rather Its long-standing legacy and history has made it one of the more recognizable sneaker brands of our time. The brand, which stands for Product of New York, was founded in 1972 on Madison Avenue by Roberto Muller (who went on to be the President of Reebok) and was financed by Horst Dassler (son of ADIDAS founder Adolf “Adi” Dassler). During the 80’s PONY became one of the most popular sneaker brands worn by championship athletes.

However, despite the brand’s long history, it has struggled in recent years to maintain its relevancy, especially as their athlete endorsements become smaller. Fortunately for us, PONY recently revitalized the original label as well as launched Product of New York, their new line that is, according to their site, inspired by the archive brand PONY and consists of a variety of unique and contemporary models, each one pulling inspiration from PONY’s past.

Now, with sneakers becoming an even more prevalent style staple among men and women, Product of New York’s line of footwear will be sure to offer up great options to start or add to your sneaker collection. See below for images of the collection!
